Exceptional Stay with Engaging Staff!

During our two-night stay, we appreciated the downtown proximity for exploring Philly. The staff made us feel welcome, especially Kareem, who provided wonderful insight about the local area. The onsite dining experience exceeded our expectations with delicious breakfasts. Definitely recommend it for a great getaway!

The suite was huge and super comfortable. The HVAC kept the room nice and cool. I loved relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. My only small gripe was that the shuttle service was a bit slow due to airport traffic, but that didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊

The staff greeted us with friendly smiles that made us feel at home. We enjoyed the spacious room and the central location was perfect for our plans.

Unfortunately, the walls seemed thin, leaving us to hear our neighbors throughout the night. It made for a restless sleep despite the welcoming ambiance.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious one-bedroom suite that came with a microwave and fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well lit. Plus, the airport shuttle made it super easy to catch my early morning flight. However, I wish the front desk staff had been friendlier during check-in.

Checking in was straightforward and the lobby looked great. The room, however, had some issues. The floor was soaked when we arrived, making it uncomfortable for my dog and me. The AC unit was incredibly loud, and when my dog brushed against it, most of the wall cover came off. I also dealt with flea bites after sitting on the floor with my pet. The shower pressure was disappointing, and flushing the toilet took forever. Despite these problems, breakfast was delicious, though the price felt steep. I appreciated the relaxing pool area, even if the outside shower didn’t work. The front desk staff were friendly, but the room conditions made this stay less enjoyable than expected.

staying at sheraton was a pretty good experience. the room was spacious, and the shuttle from the airport made things super easy. i loved the complimentary cookies. it’s also close to wells fargo stadium, which is a big plus. the gym and restaurant downstairs were convenient.
